A Beacon

On October 16, 2025, I wrote --

And we shall build, out of the rubble of steel and glass, a shrine to what was; a world of men which could not contain us, for a world of men is not a vessel...

And we shall build from the rubble new temples, and they shall be sacred, for they will know the joys of the people, and their wailing sorrows too, in a world built to shelter all Mother Earth's children…

And further we shall build from the old world reminders of the lost, and we shall teach our history with reverence for our martyrs, masters, and teachers, while we also hold space for the sacred imperfections of their humanity.
